Dock Icon

You can use ForkLift's dock icon to drop files or folders on it, to open them in a new window.

Whenever ForkLift is not in focus, the dock icon will display a white progress indicator, if any tasks are running in the activity viewer. The dock icon will display a badge for operations completed while ForkLift is running in the background. Of course, you can also use Growl to get notifications on your screen.
